Initial terraforming, allocation to initial groups and xet up of temporary plots for experimentation to be first priority.

Then allow an experimental period over next month or so.

Then have an initial Group Plot Developers Meeting in June to exchange  experience, discuss constraints, avatar capacity, primitives use, build guidance, etc.

Use Vue Wiki to share experience and plans.

XXXX is to be the avatar to be charged for in-world expenses of Linden Lab costs (e.g. advertising the plot), in-world purchases, Linden $ grants to other avatars for shared work, purchzse of in-world services, etc.
